Matt Kaczenski

Matt joined PEC+ in 2003 as a Project Engineer, shortly after receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University). In 2005, Matt became a Principal and is now the company’s Chief Operations Officer.

In addition to his role as COO, Matt oversees the 40+ member Civil Engineering team, recruitment, IT management, and staff mentorship. His direct and efficient approach helps him effectively provide solutions for clients and staff. He engages in all aspects of the company to ensure that all departments work together to provide a collaborative design solution for PEC+ clients.  

Over his tenure at PEC+, Matt has been instrumental in hundreds of well-known projects throughout Metro Atlanta and the Southeast, including Northside Medical Midtown (Atlanta, GA), Alta Midtown (Atlanta, GA), Independence (Gwinnett County, GA), and Avalon Residential Development (Alpharetta, GA).

Matt resides in Snellville with his amazing wife and two children. He is an active member of the local Scout Troop and the SATB2Gene Foundation and enjoys sports and outdoor activities.
