From surveying and due diligence through civil design, utilities, stormwater management, permitting, environmental services, and construction support, PEC+ offers the in-house capabilities to support projects from early planning through implementation. Our extensive experience navigating public funding requirements, agency coordination, permitting, and regulatory processes further equips our team to successfully support projects within the federal environment.

PEC+’s commitment to the veteran community extends beyond our project work. PEC+ Principal and Chief Executive Officer, Kenneth Wood, PE, serves as the Board of Directors Chair for the Veterans Empowerment Organization (VEO), an organization dedicated to helping veterans overcome homelessness and achieve long-term stability.

PEC+ is also proud to have surveyed and consulted on several projects for the VEO. One of these projects, the VEO Campus Expansion in Atlanta, GA, was a proposed 20-unit residential expansion designed to increase VEO’s capacity to provide housing and resources for veterans. On that project, PEC+ provided land surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and arborist services. Our team also secured approval of the demolition plan for an existing building on the campus to help prepare the site for future expansion.
