The Deal’s in the Details

Sod is down, plants are in the ground and fresh mulch is highlighting an attractive flower bed next to the modern pool furniture…

Project Name: The Pullman         Location: Union City, GA       Client: Thompson Thrift Residential

Things are taking shape for the Pullman, a 276 unit multifamily development for Thompson Thrift Residential. Designed by 360 Studio with team lead Russell Harrington LEED PLA, The Pullman displays an attractive amenity package boasting a cozy outdoor living area, fire place, pickleball courts and outdoor TVs adjacent to a crystal clear swimming pool.

It takes more than an idea to bring a space like this to life… besides creativity, teamwork and a little elbow grease, one detail works quietly but powerfully to bring a project to completion. Let’s hear it for Quality Construction Details!

Construction details are the language used to communicate how a design is to be built. Quality construction details do more than their fair share to help a project be both cost effective and successful long term. Here are a few items from the resume:

Efficiency - Plans that are easy to read are easy to build

Cost - Poor details make guesswork which leads to rework equalling bad work

Final Product - Details transform vision from pie in the sky into solid steps leading to fruition

Since its conception, 360 Studio Landscape Architecture has been fighting the devil in the details to bring projects from basic ideas to built realities. Need support on any new projects? Let’s collaborate!
