FLORIDA OFFICE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT

PEC+ welcomed Bryan Osborn, PE, to its Gulf Coast team in January, adding an experienced local leader as the firm continues to expand its presence and capabilities throughout Northwest Florida and Alabama.

With more than 22 years of civil engineering experience, including more than a decade working throughout the Florida Panhandle, Bryan brings extensive regional knowledge, established client relationships, and a deep understanding of the communities PEC+ serves.

In his role as Florida Director, Bryan is helping guide PEC+’s continued growth in the state while supporting clients and projects throughout the Gulf Coast region.

Deep Roots in the Florida Panhandle

Bryan began his engineering career in Missouri before relocating to the Florida Panhandle more than a decade ago. Since then, his work has taken him throughout the region, from Pensacola to Panama City Beach, serving municipal and private-sector clients on a wide range of civil infrastructure and development projects.

Throughout his career, Bryan has held senior project management and regional leadership roles, managed complex civil engineering projects, and built strong teams and long-standing client relationships throughout the Florida Panhandle. He has also established and led a new office in the Destin market, giving him firsthand experience of building an engineering presence in Northwest Florida.

Bryan has worked with communities throughout Northwest Florida, including Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Freeport, Laurel Hill, Cinco Bayou, Destin, Panama City, and Bay County. His Gulf Coast portfolio includes projects such as St. Andrews Marina in Panama City, Destin Harbor dredging and improvements at Norriego Point, and Destin High School, with responsibilities spanning client and stakeholder coordination, permitting, design oversight, procurement, and construction support. Together, that breadth of experience gives Bryan a deep understanding of the region’s infrastructure, permitting environment, stakeholders, and unique development needs.

Leading the Next Chapter for PEC+ Florida

As PEC+ continues to expand its presence throughout Florida and the Gulf Coast, Bryan's combination of technical expertise, regional knowledge, and established relationships will help strengthen existing partnerships and create new opportunities to serve communities across the region.

His addition represents another investment in PEC+'s long-term commitment to Florida: to build a strong, locally led team and to ensure clients have experienced leadership close to home. PEC+ is here for the long haul, and Bryan is helping lead what's next.
