As PEC+ continues to grow across the Gulf Coast, surveying remains an important part of how we support clients and projects throughout the region.

Our Florida-based team provides responsive, high-quality land surveying services for public and private projects across Northwest Florida and Alabama, including boundary and topographic surveys, utility and right-of-way mapping, construction staking, as-built documentation, easement support, and infrastructure coordination.

Based out of our Fort Walton Beach office, PEC+’s Gulf Coast survey team includes two Florida-licensed Professional Surveyors and Mappers, dedicated field leadership, and experienced survey crews positioned to respond quickly to project needs throughout the region.

Leading Our Gulf Coast Survey Team

At the helm of PEC+’s Gulf Coast surveying efforts is Teddy Walker, PSM, PLS, President Surveyor, Gulf Coast Office. A Florida and Alabama-licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper, Teddy leads the team’s day-to-day surveying operations, providing project oversight, client coordination, schedule management, and QA/QC leadership.

Under Teddy’s leadership, PEC+ is continuing to build a responsive, locally based survey team with the people and resources to support both standalone surveying assignments and complex multidisciplinary projects.

That local leadership and presence allow our crews to mobilize quickly and coordinate closely with clients, municipalities, utility providers, contractors, and design teams. Using advanced GNSS/GPS and robotic total station technology, our field teams collect precise data efficiently, backed by established QA/QC procedures and multiple levels of review.

These capabilities are already supporting projects throughout the Panhandle, including ongoing services and municipal contracts with Bay County, Escambia County, and the City of Crestview across utility, roadway, development, and infrastructure needs.

Whether it’s a standalone survey assignment or a component of a larger multidisciplinary project, PEC+ provides the accurate, dependable field information clients need to move confidently from existing conditions through design, construction, and final documentation.
