Mr. Harpring, a Principal of PEC+, has a BS and MS in CivilEngineering. Throughout his career, Mr. Harpring has demonstrated a passion for value engineering and a drive to build a versatile and talented organization singularly focused on client satisfaction.
Mr. Harpring has served PEC+ as Business Development Manager since 2015 and Principal since 2019. His responsibilities include client engagement, opportunity identification, qualification and capture, pipeline management, and business strategy. He has been a key member to advance “speed of execution” and market segment growth for the firm. Prior to that he was Vice President/Principal Engineer for ECS Southeast where he was responsible for business strategy, financial management, training, business development and quality of service. ECS provides professional engineering and design services, construction materials engineering, special inspections, environmental engineering and facilities engineering consulting services. With over 22 years of experience, he managed numerous construction testing and geotechnical engineering projects including troubleshooting problems with soils, deep foundations, shallow foundations, and pavement engineering.
Mr. Harpring resides in Roswell with his loving wife, where they are devoted parents to their two children. Being an enthusiastic member of the community, he enjoys all sports and showing clients the best that Atlanta has to offer.
